Ongoing Collaboration

For organizations that need consistent support and an experienced thought partner without hiring another full-time team member. As part of your team, we support strategic planning, grant writing, and program-focused work. This can include survey design, shaping new initiatives, and other areas where you need support.

This includes weekly meetings, along with support between sessions as questions come up. Some organizations work with us for a few months. Others stay with us for years.

Best for solo development offices, executive directors, and lean nonprofit teams.

Kat is a brilliant grant writer and nonprofit development strategist. Kat helped expand our capacity and deepen my own skills as a first-time ED. She also helped us draft grant templates to reduce my time spent on redundant writing and has helped me think through tricky framing of our work in applications. Cannot recommend Kat enough!

Capacity Building Cohorts

For foundations, collaboratives, and organizations that want to invest in leadership capacity. Designed for up to five nonprofit organizations, our cohorts combine peer learning, individualized coaching, and practical tools.

Participants meet bi-weekly for 90-minute sessions and receive one-on-one coaching throughout the engagement. Leaders learn alongside peers, test fundraising, evaluation, and organizational strategy ideas in real time, and leave with shareable resources, and frameworks they can apply.

Best for foundations investing in grantees, nonprofit collaboratives, and organizational leadership teams.

Kat and Emily expertly guided us through the development of our first community feedback report, ensuring that community voices were meaningfully gathered, analyzed, and reflected in our learning. They went above and beyond by translating these insights into clear, thoughtful recommendations for our board of directors, providing a strong foundation for informed decision-making and future strategy.

Learning Experiences

For teams, boards, and funders who want focused space to reflect and learn. We design and facilitate interactive workshops, retreats, and learning sessions that are engaging and practical.

Our work stays rooted in what we know best: fundraising, grant writing, strategic planning, logic models, data storytelling, and making sense of both qualitative and quantitative data. Our goal is to help people leave with ideas they can put into practice, not just notes they will never revisit.

Best for nonprofit teams, boards, conferences, and foundation learning cohorts.

NEED SOMETHING DIFFERENT?

Every organization is unique. While most of our work fits within the engagements above, we occasionally develop custom consulting projects when a different approach is the right fit.

How does pricing work?

Pricing reflects the scope of the engagement. For cohort work, foundations often sponsor participation for multiple organizations. Final details are confirmed before we begin so expectations are clear on both sides.
